Endeavor Week 4/4-4/8 and Upcoming Events!

Dear Endeavor Families and Staff,
Hope this email finds you well and having a wonderful end to your weekend! This upcoming week we will see you at Endeavor for regular programming and then we are headed to our Spring break!
There is so much going on in our community in the following weeks so brace yourselves because this email shares a lot of important information!
Important Reminders for our crew and staff, please note that this information was previously sent by Rosie this week in a separate email:
Spring Break: We will be closed Mon, April 18th- April 22nd. We will resume again on Monday, April 25th. We will have regular programming on Friday, April 15th. If you will not be attending on 4/15, please let me know as soon as possible.
Visitors: Please remember that you need to let Rosie or me (preferably both of us) know in advance if you would like to bring visitors to the program/Meeting House. This includes family members, prospective support staff etc. It is quite disruptive and confusing when we have people come to the program without having been informed beforehand.
Mudroom Entrance: We would like everyone to enter through the mudroom entrance in the back of the house at all times when coming to the Meeting House. There is space there to leave outdoor shoes/boots, hang coats and bags etc. You will see the schedule by the door and I will be downstairs in the mornings from 8:45-9:15am to greet you, answer any questions, address concerns etc. Please let me know of any relevant information/ changes regarding your participant that may affect their day. Since many people are arriving late in the morning, and we have classes in session in the upstairs of the house and in the kitchen, it has been quite disruptive to have people come upstairs while they get prepared to start classes. We will have all of this happen downstairs now so as to make sure none of our classes are distrurbed.
Social Skills Class: As we explained at the time of spring registration, we have added .5 hrs of social skills to each day that your participant is attending E21. While we have listed this "class" time from 1-1:30pm, it is designed to incorporate all of the social times and community activities during the course of the day, as well as general program oversight throughout each day. This includes arrival, snack time, lunch time, clean up at the end of the day etc.
